Delete in the app (immediate)

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile
• All receipts, extracted details, items, notes, and tags
• All uploaded receipt images, PDFs, and warranty documents
• Return and warranty records, reminders, and notification settings
• Report history and registered devices
• Your Sign in with Apple authorization is revoked with Apple

Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days. A minimal compliance log entry (a random identifier and timestamp, with no personal data) records that a deletion was performed.

Can't access the app?

Email support@purchvault.com from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days, confirming by reply.

Before you delete

• Deletion cannot be undone. Use Settings → Privacy → Download my data first if you want a copy of your records.
• An active Pro subscription is not cancelled by deleting your account — cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.
